Maison Rivoire-Jacquemin has matured Comté in its cellars since 1860. Made in the Jura Massif from the raw milk of Montbéliarde and Simmental Français cows, this twelve-month expression has added concentration and complexity.

Ripe fruit and roasted-nut notes lead into a persistent finish with subtle herbal and savoury nuances.

Serve in generous shards on a cheese board, grate into soups and gratins, or pair with bread, walnuts and dried fruit.
