Cantal is one of Auvergne's historic cheeses. This Petit Cantal Entre-Deux AOP is made from cow's milk and matured to the intermediate Entre-Deux stage, creating a firm paste with a gentle crumble.

Rounded and rustic, with notes of pasture, cream and yoghurt followed by a mild nutty finish.
