Two friends, one fresh way to make wine.
Jean-Charles and Anthony first met at school, then found each other again years later over a glass of wine. That conversation became Aubert & Mathieu: modern, sincere cuvees from Languedoc-Roussillon, made with serious intent and a lighter, freer spirit.
