Domaine History

Aubert & Mathieu is a young and dynamic project born in the heart of Languedoc, led by two friends passionate about sustainable viticulture. Their wines are crafted with a focus on environmental responsibility, showcasing pure, fruit-driven expressions with minimal intervention.

Terroir

The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils under the Mediterranean sun, allowing optimal ripening of Grenache and Syrah. The terroir brings balance between fruit intensity, softness, and natural freshness.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color. The nose is expressive with aromas of red berries, black cherries, and soft spices. On the palate, the wine is juicy and smooth, offering round tannins and a generous, fruit-forward finish with a touch of pepper.

A joyful and easy-drinking Languedoc red, vibrant and full of fruit — perfect for sharing with friends.
