The Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand and vinified traditionally. The cuvee is matured for six months on its lees.
Tasting Notes
The 2021 vintage is pale gold with green reflections. The nose combines medlar, yuzu and bergamot with touches of fennel, angelica and rhubarb. The palate opens supple and rich before a balanced finish.

Pairing
Serve with seafood, grilled fish or poultry, vegetable dishes or fresh goat cheese.
