Historia del Fundo

Established in 1868, **Domaine Jacques Prieur** is one of Burgundy’s iconic producers, known for its holdings across the finest Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. The **Beaune 1er Cru “Champs-Pimonts”** white cuvée reflects the domaine’s commitment to crafting precise and expressive Chardonnays, highlighting the richness and freshness of the Beaune terroir.

Terruño

Located on the southern slopes of Beaune, the **”Champs-Pimonts”** Premier Cru vineyard sits on clay-limestone soils, ideal for Chardonnay. The well-drained soils and sunny exposure bring roundness, aromatic purity, and mineral tension, giving this white wine both richness and finesse.

Notas de cata

Bright pale gold with silver highlights. The nose is fresh and elegant, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, green apple, and toasted almond, with subtle mineral touches. On the palate, the wine is creamy yet vibrant, with lively acidity and a long, refined, mineral-driven finish.

A vibrant and elegant Beaune 1er Cru white — combining richness, freshness, and precision, true to the style of Jacques Prieur.

Maridaje

Perfect with grilled fish, scallops, creamy poultry dishes, or soft cheeses like Brie and Chaource. Also ideal for cellaring and festive occasions.
