Aubert & Mathieu is a modern and eco-conscious winery from the Languedoc, created by two friends driven by a passion for crafting expressive and sustainable wines. This cuvée reflects their commitment to low-intervention winemaking and highlights the Mediterranean character of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan.

テロワール

Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Languedoc region, planted on clay-limestone soils and benefiting from Mediterranean sunshine with cooling winds. This environment brings ripeness, aromatic richness, and balance to the wine while preserving its freshness.

テイスティングノート

Deep ruby color. The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of blackberries, black cherries, garrigue herbs, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet smooth, with velvety tannins, ripe fruit, and a long, elegant finish.
