ドメーヌの歴史

Château Bouissel, located in the Fronton appellation near Toulouse, is a family estate deeply connected to its terroir. Known for promoting the indigenous Négrette grape—also called Pinot St. George—the domaine follows sustainable viticulture to craft wines that express purity, elegance, and authenticity.

テロワール

The vineyards are situated on ancient gravel terraces along the Tarn River, offering excellent drainage and sun exposure. This terroir enhances the aromatic intensity and delicate tannic structure of the Négrette grape, giving the wine its signature floral character.

テイスティングノート

Brilliant ruby color. The nose displays charming aromas of violet, redcurrant, and soft spices. On the palate, the wine is silky and fresh, with fine tannins and flavors of juicy red berries, leading to a smooth and elegant finish.
