Terroir

The vineyards are perched on steep schist and limestone slopes in the foothills of the Pyrenees, benefiting from a dry, sunny climate with strong tramontane winds. This challenging yet rewarding environment produces grapes with natural concentration, minerality, and freshness.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in color. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, and hints of stone fruit. On the palate, it reveals a fine balance between roundness and acidity, with notes of pear, lemon zest, and a saline, mineral finish that lingers elegantly.

A structured yet vibrant southern white that showcases the purity and texture of old-vine Mediterranean varietals.
