Terroir

The Beaune Coucherias vineyard lies on southeast-facing slopes with clay-limestone soils rich in marl and pebbles. This unique microclimate favors slow ripening, enhancing the complexity and minerality of the Chardonnay grapes.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold color with green reflections. The bouquet is intense and elegant, showing aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and subtle toasted notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a creamy texture and a long, mineral-driven finish.
