Palate: The entry is crisp and precise, characteristic of Limoux’s cool-climate terroir. The wine displays pure, expressive fruit framed by a fine mineral edge. A silky yet taut texture carries lively acidity, leading to a long, saline, and citrus-inflected finish with excellent clarity.
Maridaje: Ideal with grilled sea bass, seafood risotto, goat cheese salad, or roast chicken with thyme and lemon.
