Château Bouissel, located in the heart of the Fronton appellation near Toulouse, is a family-run estate known for championing the local Négrette grape. With a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture, the estate produces expressive wines that reflect the identity and history of the region.

Terruño

The vineyards are planted on gravelly terraces along the Tarn River, benefiting from excellent drainage and a temperate climate. This terroir enhances the aromatic complexity and finesse of the Négrette grape, while supporting the richness brought by Syrah and Malbec.

Notas de cata

Deep ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose offers intense aromas of blackcurrant, violet, and licorice, with hints of spices and leather. On the palate, it is well-structured with smooth tannins, showcasing ripe fruit, freshness, and a persistent, elegant finish.

An elegant and characterful Fronton blend, highlighting the floral intensity of Négrette with a balanced, silky texture.
