Histoire du domaine 

Aubert & Mathieu is a dynamic and eco-responsible winery from the Languedoc, founded by two friends passionate about crafting vibrant, modern wines. The “Kate” cuvée, part of their playful “The Crew” series, is a pure and fresh expression of Sauvignon Blanc, made with minimal environmental impact.

Terroir 

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Pays d’Oc region, where Mediterranean sunshine and cool breezes preserve aromatic intensity and freshness. The clay-limestone soils contribute to the wine’s balance and bright acidity.

Notes de dégustation

Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is intensely aromatic, bursting with notes of grapefruit, lime, passion fruit, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is crisp and zesty, offering vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

A bright and playful Sauvignon Blanc, full of energy and freshness — perfect for aperitifs and sunny moments with friends.
