Domaine Grossot, situated in Fleys within the Chablis region, has been crafting exquisite Chardonnays for several generations. Renowned for their meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar, Corinne and Jean-Pierre Grossot produce authentic wines that brilliantly capture Chablis’s mineral-driven character.

Terroir 

“La Part des Anges” comes from select parcels rich in Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils, typical of Chablis. These soils impart distinct minerality and complexity, reflecting the pure essence of this renowned terroir.

Notes de dégustation

Pale gold in color, this Chablis offers aromas of citrus zest, white flowers, and distinct minerality. On the palate, it’s precise and elegant, marked by vibrant acidity, mineral depth, and a long, refreshing finish.
