Château History

Terroir 

The vineyards of Château Palais Cardinal are planted on clay-limestone and sandy-gravel soils, ideal for Merlot and Cabernet varieties. This terroir, combined with the temperate Bordeaux climate, brings structure, depth, and balance to the wine while enhancing its aromatic complexity.


Notes de dégustation

Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is elegant and intense, revealing aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and subtle notes of vanilla, cedar, and spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smooth, with well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.
