Located in the high-altitude vineyards of Limoux, Domaine Altugnac is dedicated to crafting wines that express the freshness and complexity of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude. Terroir

‘Aux Bons Hommes’ Blanc is sourced from hillside vineyards at 300 to 450 meters above sea level, planted on clay-limestone soils. The cool climate and elevation contribute to the Chardonnay’s vibrant acidity, minerality, and aromatic finesse, ensuring freshness and complexity in the wine.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold color. The nose is expressive, with aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, the wine is rich yet lively, with a fine balance between creaminess, mineral tension, and fresh acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish.

A refined and well-balanced Limoux Chardonnay, combining freshness, aromatic richness, and aging potential.
