Terroir 

The **”Les Santenots”** Premier Cru lies on the southern slopes of Meursault, near Volnay, on clay-limestone soils with excellent drainage. These soils, along with ideal sun exposure, provide Chardonnay with both opulence and vibrant acidity, ensuring complexity and great aging potential — particularly in a mature vintage like 1999.

Notes de dégustation

Deep golden color with amber reflections, showing graceful aging. The nose is complex and evolved, with aromas of dried apricot, candied citrus, honey, toasted almonds, and brioche, alongside delicate oxidative notes. On the palate, the wine is rich and creamy, balanced by well-preserved acidity, leading to a long, mineral, and elegant finish.
