Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas is a celebrated project born from the passion of three winemakers, dedicated to showcasing the depth and richness of the Douro Valley. Their wines reflect both tradition and innovation, emphasizing expressive terroir-driven styles with remarkable quality and character.

Terroir 

The grapes are sourced from old vines planted in the rugged schist soils of the Douro Valley. The steep slopes and hot summers, moderated by cooler nights, contribute to concentrated flavors, balanced structure, and distinctive minerality in the wines.

Notes de dégustation

Deep garnet color. The bouquet offers intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and hints of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with layers of ripe black fruits, velvety tannins, and a lingering, elegant finish marked by subtle oak nuances.

A bold and sophisticated Douro red, delivering power and finesse with each sip.
