Terroir

The heart of the “Le Père” cuvée comes from old Gamay vines planted on granite soils, the signature of the best Beaujolais terroirs. Careful vineyard work and low yields ensure concentration, finesse, and aromatic intensity.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color. The nose is generous and complex, revealing aromas of ripe black fruits, black cherry, and plum, with notes of pepper, cinnamon, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, the wine is structured yet supple, with silky tannins, vibrant fruit, and a spicy, persistent finish.

A structured and expressive Gamay, combining depth, freshness, and spice — the “father” figure of the family, embodying strength and elegance.
