Les Enracinés is a project rooted in the passion of two friends aiming to reveal the authentic character of Burgundy’s terroirs. Based in the Mâconnais, they work with selected parcels and trusted growers, practicing sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention to craft wines of purity and place.

Terroir

This Chardonnay comes from vineyards located in the Mâcon region, benefiting from clay-limestone soils typical of southern Burgundy. The combination of warm days and cool nights helps retain freshness and aromatic precision in the grapes.

Tasting Notes

Pale golden color. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, and fresh pear. On the palate, it is vibrant and well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral touch on the finish.

A lively and precise Chardonnay, ideal for those who enjoy expressive yet elegant white Burgundy.
