Aubert & Matthieu is a dynamic and eco-conscious winery from the Languedoc, founded by two friends passionate about sustainable viticulture. Their mission is to craft vibrant, modern wines that respect the environment while showcasing the diversity of Mediterranean grape varieties.

Terroir

Grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Languedoc, where cooler nights preserve natural acidity and aromatic freshness. The mix of limestone and clay soils contributes to the wine’s balance and lively character.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is expressive and fresh, offering notes of citrus, green apple, white peach, and a touch of exotic fruits. The palate is crisp and juicy, with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
