Aimé Guibert created Moulin de Gassac in the early 1990s through partnerships with local growers, helping preserve expressive Languedoc parcels. Pont de Gassac follows the same selection philosophy as Mas de Daumas Gassac: authentic wines shaped by carefully chosen vineyards and rigorous daily supervision.

Selected vineyards around the Thau Lagoon benefit from Mediterranean influence and clay-limestone soils rich in marl. This coastal setting supports aromatic ripeness while preserving the freshness expected of the cuvée.

Bright pale gold. Orange and white-flower aromas are lifted by lemon. The palate opens with fruit and a touch of honey, then finishes fresh, full and persistent.
