François Villard, a self-taught winemaker turned reference in the Northern Rhône, established his domaine in the late 1980s. Known for his meticulous approach and passion for Viognier, Villard crafts expressive and precise wines that highlight the richness and elegance of Condrieu.

風土條件

The vineyards are located on steep granite terraces overlooking the Rhône River. These south and southeast-facing slopes provide optimal sun exposure, while the poor, stony soils naturally limit yields, enhancing concentration and aromatic intensity.

品飲筆記

Brilliant golden color. The nose is intense, with aromas of apricot, peach, white flowers, and a hint of honey. The palate is rich yet balanced, offering silky texture, generous fruit, and a long, elegant finish with delicate minerality.

A superb Condrieu, combining aromatic power with finesse and beautiful freshness.
