酒莊歷史

Founded in 1903, Lupé Cholet is a historic Burgundy estate known for its dedication to producing elegant, terroir-driven wines. With holdings across some of the region’s finest appellations, the domaine applies precise viticulture and traditional winemaking to craft wines of depth and refinement, including prestigious Grands Crus like Clos Vougeot.

風土條件

Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is one of the most iconic vineyards of Burgundy, enclosed by its famous stone walls. The vineyard’s clay-limestone soils provide excellent drainage and promote deep-rooted vines, giving the Pinot Noir both structure and finesse, as well as great aging potential.

品飲筆記

Brilliant garnet red color. The nose is complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe red berries, black cherry, violet, forest floor, and delicate spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, with refined tannins, juicy fruit, and a long, harmonious finish marked by minerality and subtle oak.
