Histoire du domaine
Maison Le NID is a family-run estate led by the Lardet family since 2012. Located in the heart of Moulin-à-Vent, the domaine expresses the family’s deep attachment to Beaujolais through wines crafted with precision, respect, and a strong sense of place.
Terroir
This cuvée comes from several plots within the Moulin-à-Vent appellation. The soils, marked by granite, sand, and mineral-rich elements, give the Gamay structure, depth, and the distinctive elegance of this prestigious Beaujolais cru.
Notes de dégustation
Deep ruby color with bright reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, violet, and delicate spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy and structured, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a vibrant fruit-driven finish.
A pure and expressive Moulin-à-Vent in magnum format, combining Beaujolais fruit, freshness, and the elegant structure of Gamay from granite soils.
Accords mets-vins
Ideal with roasted poultry, grilled pork, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
