The **”Collines de Granite”** cuvée reflects the aromatic intensity of Gewurztraminer grown on granite soils, offering freshness alongside typical richness and spice.

Terroir

The Gewurztraminer vines are planted on granitic hillsides surrounding Dambach-la-Ville. These well-drained soils bring finesse and freshness to the naturally rich and aromatic Gewurztraminer grape, balancing its opulence with minerality and tension.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden yellow color. The nose is intense and expressive, revealing aromas of lychee, rose petals, exotic fruits, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is rich and round yet balanced by a lively acidity and a mineral backbone, with a long, aromatic finish.

A vibrant and aromatic Gewurztraminer — beautifully balancing richness, spice, and freshness, with the elegance of granite terroir.

Pairing

Perfect with spicy Asian cuisine, Moroccan tagines, strong cheeses like Munster, or fruit-based desserts.
