Located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Domaine Altugnac is led by the Collovray & Terrier families, pioneers of cool-climate viticulture in the Languedoc. Committed to sustainable farming, the estate focuses on producing elegant, fresh wines that reflect the purity of their high-altitude vineyards.

Terroir

The vineyards are planted at 400 to 500 meters altitude on clay-limestone soils, shaped by both Atlantic and Mediterranean influences. This exceptional terroir brings natural freshness, aromatic complexity, and balance to the wines.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with silver reflections. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and fresh peach. The palate is lively and precise, with a beautiful tension and a clean, mineral finish.
