Located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Domaine de Fondrèche is one of the most respected estates of the appellation. Committed to organic farming and minimal intervention, the estate produces precise, terroir-driven wines that reflect both power and elegance.

テロワール

The Persia cuvée comes from old vines planted on a plateau of limestone and siliceous soils with stony scree. The altitude and windy conditions of the Ventoux area ensure slow, balanced ripening, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity in the grapes.

テイスティングノート

Deep garnet color with purple hues. The nose is intense and complex, showing aromas of blackberries, blueberries, violets, licorice, and pepper. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins, concentrated fruit, and a long, mineral finish.

A powerful yet refined Ventoux red, combining aromatic richness, depth, and freshness — a signature cuvée of Domaine de Fondrèche.
