Terroir

The **Monte Sant’Urbano** vineyard is located on limestone and volcanic soils at an altitude of 280 to 350 meters in the heart of Valpolicella Classico. A portion of the grapes undergoes a short drying process, enhancing aromatic concentration while preserving freshness and vibrancy in the wine.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color. The nose is elegant and expressive, with aromas of black cherry, plum, violet, and delicate spice.
