Domaine History
Domaine de Garille belongs to the historic Lorgeril family, established in Languedoc since 1620. With a deep respect for the land, the estate produces wines that combine Mediterranean charm with balance and freshness, reflecting a unique heritage near Carcassonne.
Terroir
The vineyards are planted on limestone-clay soils between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees. Influenced by both Mediterranean warmth and Atlantic freshness, this terroir allows the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving aromatic intensity and crisp acidity.
Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with notes of peach and grapefruit leading to a refreshing, elegant finish. A vibrant white wine offering freshness, fruit, and finesse.
Pairing
Perfect with grilled fish, shellfish, Asian cuisine, or fresh goat cheese.
