Domaine d’Olia is committed to preserving biodiversity through eco-friendly practices: afforestation, vineyard grassing, winter grazing of sheep, and exclusive use of certified organic products.

Terroir & Vinification

Located in the highest cru of Beaujolais, in the Le Pont area, the vines grow at an altitude of 350 to 400 meters on granite and quartz-rich soils. Traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts. Aged in amphora and vats with limited sulfite addition for purity and freshness.

Tasting Notes

Bright ruby color with aromas of raspberry, cherry, and violet. The palate is juicy and fresh, with silky tannins, fine minerality, and an elegant structure. A refined and natural expression of Gamay.

A pure and vibrant Beaujolais Villages Nouveau 2025 aged in amphora, showcasing freshness and finesse.

Pairing

Perfect with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled vegetables, or soft cheeses. Serve slightly chilled.
