Domaine History
Maison Lionel Osmin & Cie is a dynamic, modern wine house based in Southwest France, committed to showcasing the region’s distinctive terroir and rare native grape varieties.
Terroir
The vineyards are situated in the Comté Tolosan IGP zone, on clay-limestone soils in a temperate Atlantic‑influenced climate—ideal for slow, balanced ripening and aromatic preservation.
Tasting Notes
The wine shows a pale golden colour with green reflections. The nose opens with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe orchard fruits. On the palate, it is smooth and lively, with a fresh acidity and flavours of peach, pear, and a touch of exotic fruit. The finish is long and vibrant, leaving a clean, aromatic impression.
A bright and harmonious white blend, perfect for immediate enjoyment and an excellent expression of the South‑West France terroir.
Pairing
Perfect with shellfish, goat cheese, seafood dishes, grilled seafood, aperitif bites, or light vegetarian fare.
