Domaine History

Domaine de Garille belongs to the historic Lorgeril family, established in Languedoc since 1620. With a deep respect for the land, the estate produces wines that combine Mediterranean charm with balance and freshness, reflecting a unique heritage near Carcassonne.

Terroir

South-facing clay-limestone slopes of the Montagne Noire overlook Carcassonne and its medieval city. The temperate site lies at the meeting point of oceanic and Mediterranean influences. Grapes are harvested at night, gently pressed, cold-settled at 8–10°C and fermented at 16–18°C.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with light copper tones. Red-berry aromas lead to a rounded, smooth palate balanced by fresh acidity and elegant tension.

A poised southern French rosé combining supple fruit, freshness and an elegant, lightly textured finish.
