Historia de la bodega

Maison Lionel Osmin & Cie is a forward-thinking wine house based in Southwest France, dedicated to revealing the authentic character of local terroirs through indigenous grape varieties. By working closely with selected growers, the domaine highlights the diversity and personality of the region’s lesser-known appellations.

Terruño

The vineyards are located in the Fronton appellation, northeast of Toulouse, planted on gravelly clay and boulbène soils under a temperate climate influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean conditions. These soils and climatic influences are particularly well-suited to Négrette, enhancing aromatic intensity while preserving freshness and elegance.

Notas de cata

The wine displays a delicate pale pink colour with bright salmon hues. The nose is expressive and fragrant, revealing aromas of fresh red berries, wild strawberries, raspberry, and hints of floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and supple, with a lively acidity and flavours of red currant, cherry, and a subtle spicy touch characteristic of Négrette. The finish is clean, refreshing, and gently aromatic.

A charming and vibrant rosé that captures the distinctive personality of Fronton, ideal for relaxed, everyday enjoyment.

Maridaje

Perfect with grilled fish, charcuterie, salads, Mediterranean dishes, light poultry, summer vegetables, or as an aperitif.
