Terroir 

Located on the slopes of **Monthélie**, the **”Les Toisières”** vineyard benefits from well-drained clay-limestone soils and an ideal east-facing exposure. These conditions promote slow ripening, preserving the aromatic purity and finesse typical of Pinot Noir from this area.

Notes de dégustation

Bright ruby red color. The nose is expressive and delicate, revealing aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petals, and light spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with silky tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, refined, fruit-driven finish.
