South-facing clay-limestone slopes of the Montagne Noire, influenced by both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.

Night harvesting and gentle pressing, followed by cold settling at 8–10°C and temperature-controlled fermentation at 16–18°C.

Pale pink with light copper tones. Red-berry aromas lead to a rounded, smooth palate balanced by fresh acidity and elegant tension.

Serve with barbecue dishes, savoury tarts, pissaladière, vegetarian dishes, summer salads or as an aperitif.
