Maison Aegerter, founded by Jean-Luc and Paul Aegerter in 1988, is a family estate that combines tradition and innovation. Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domaine produces a broad range of wines across Burgundy, focusing on precision, terroir expression, and long ageing potential.

Terroir

“Les Charmes” is one of Meursault’s most esteemed Premier Cru vineyards. Its soils of clay-limestone and ideal mid-slope positioning offer perfect drainage and sun exposure, giving rise to rich yet elegant expressions of Chardonnay, capable of ageing beautifully over decades.

Tasting Notes

Deep golden hue. The bouquet is complex and mature, with aromas of dried apricot, almond cream, toasted brioche, and subtle hints of mushroom and truffle. The palate is expansive and velvety, with layers of honeyed fruit, nutty depth, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
