Founded by Sébastien Vincenti, Domaine de Fondrèche has established itself as a benchmark in the Ventoux appellation. Known for its commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture, the estate combines technical precision with respect for the natural balance of its ecosystem. Terroir

The vineyards lie at the foothills of Mont Ventoux, benefiting from a mosaic of soils composed of limestone, sand, and silt. The altitude and mistral winds bring coolness and freshness, preserving acidity and aromatic intensity. This unique environment contributes to the wine’s structure, complexity, and vibrant energy.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet in color. The nose opens with expressive aromas of blackberries, licorice, violets, and hints of garrigue. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, delivering ripe dark fruits, peppery spice, and fine mineral notes. Balanced by fresh acidity and polished tannins, it finishes long and elegant.

A harmonious and sophisticated Rhône blend showcasing both power and finesse—ideal for cellaring or refined dining.
