Histoire du domaine 

Fondé par Sébastien Vincenti, le Domaine de Fondrèche s’est imposé comme une référence dans l’appellation Ventoux. Réputé pour son engagement en faveur de la viticulture durable et biologique, le domaine allie précision technique et respect de l’équilibre naturel de son écosystème. Chaque cuvée reflète une profonde compréhension du terroir et une approche moderne et habitée de la vinification.

Terroir 

The vineyards lie at the foothills of Mont Ventoux, benefiting from a mosaic of soils composed of limestone, sand, and silt. The altitude and mistral winds bring coolness and freshness, preserving acidity and aromatic intensity. This unique environment contributes to the wine’s structure, complexity, and vibrant energy.

Notes de dégustation

Deep garnet in color. The nose opens with expressive aromas of blackberries, licorice, violets, and hints of garrigue. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, delivering ripe dark fruits, peppery spice, and fine mineral notes. Balanced by fresh acidity and polished tannins, it finishes long and elegant.

A harmonious and sophisticated Rhône blend showcasing both power and finesse—ideal for cellaring or refined dining.
