Domaine History
The Grossot family domaine was established by Jean-Pierre Grossot’s grandfather in the 1920s. Corinne and Jean-Pierre continued the family tradition with their daughter Eve.
Terroir
The 0.75-hectare Fourchaume parcel lies on steep west-facing slopes. Its soil is predominantly clay and limestone, and the vines were approximately 30 years old in the exact-2018 technical sheet.
Tasting Notes
The 2018 is bright and expressive, with honeysuckle, lemon and white-peach aromas. The palate is full and lively, with concentrated citrus fruit, steely acidity and a long saline finish.
