Terroir

The vines grow on schist and clay-limestone soils, benefiting from the warm, dry Mediterranean climate balanced by the cool Tramontane wind. This terroir allows for slow, optimal ripening of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, ensuring concentrated fruit and well-structured tannins.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet color. The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, garrigue herbs, black pepper, and hints of cocoa and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and powerful, with silky tannins, balanced freshness, and a long, spicy, and mineral finish.
