Located in Fleys near Chablis, **Domaine Grossot** has been family-run for three generations, producing precise and terroir-driven wines. The **Chablis 1er Cru “Fourchaume” 2018** is crafted from one of the most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards on the right bank of the Serein River, known for producing rich and elegant Chardonnays with great aging potential.

Terroir 

The **Fourchaume** vineyard benefits from a southwest exposure and Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in fossilized marine sediments. This combination ensures optimal ripening while preserving freshness and minerality, resulting in Chardonnay with depth, roundness, and vibrant tension.

Notes de dégustation

Bright pale gold color. The nose is expressive and elegant, with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, acacia flowers, and a touch of flinty minerality. On the palate, the wine is round and silky, with balanced acidity and a long, mineral-driven, saline finish.
