Terroir

The vineyards for “Le Minéral” are planted on limestone-rich soils near the Thau lagoon, within the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. This terroir, shaped by the Mediterranean breeze, enhances the grape’s natural acidity and minerality, offering a crisp and saline profile.

Pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is bright and fresh, with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and sea spray. On the palate, the wine is crisp and mineral, with vibrant acidity, delicate citrus flavors, and a clean, saline finish.

A precise and refreshing Picpoul, true to its name — “Le Minéral” — delivering purity, tension, and a beautiful coastal energy.
