Château Grand Baril, located in Montagne Saint-Émilion, is dedicated to organic farming with respect for biodiversity and the environment. The Gaïa cuvée, certified Agriculture Biologique (AB), embodies the estate’s philosophy of sustainability and terroir expression.

Terroir

The Merlot vines thrive on clay-limestone and sandy soils typical of Montagne Saint-Émilion. This balanced terroir brings both richness and freshness, contributing to the wine’s aromatic complexity and elegant structure.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color. The nose opens with smoky, toasty notes, cherry, and hints of roasted coffee. On the palate, the attack is pleasant and well-balanced, with generous volume and refined aromatic persistence.

An elegant organic Bordeaux with balance, aromatic depth, and silky texture — perfect for both aging and immediate enjoyment.
