Domaine des Deux Roches, founded by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray, is located in Davayé, at the heart of the Mâconnais region. With a commitment to sustainable viticulture and respect for the environment, the estate produces precise, terroir-driven wines that reflect the elegance of southern Burgundy.

Terroir

The vineyards for the ‘Tradition’ cuvée are planted on clay-limestone soils at the foothills of the famous Roche de Solutré and Roche de Vergisson. This exceptional terroir provides natural freshness and minerality, enhancing the finesse and aromatic expression of Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe orchard fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, with a smooth texture, vibrant acidity, and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
