Pale straw in colour with a hint of green hue. Aromas is clean and uplifted and is dominated by green pear and fresh stone fruits (peach, nectarine), accompanied with citrus fruits (tangerine in particular), green grass, fresh herbs and white flowers. Palate is superbly fresh and crispy with lime-like acidity, elegant texture and plenty of green and yellow fruit characters (quince, lime and green pear in specific). Yellow apple, lemon peel and orange blossom on the finish. This one is approachable and easy to drink, and will be excellent for Christmas dinner appetizers, chacuterie platter and shellfish.
