Vallée des Aigles is crafted in the heart of Roussillon, a region known for its rugged landscapes and sun-drenched vineyards. With a focus on traditional grape varieties and low-intervention winemaking, the estate produces bold and expressive wines that capture the essence of the local terroir.

Terroir

The vineyards are located on schistous and clay-limestone soils, typical of the Côtes du Roussillon Villages area. The Mediterranean climate, combined with the influence of the Pyrenees, ensures slow ripening and concentration, providing both power and freshness to the wines.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet red. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of blackberries, black cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins, rich fruit, and a long, spicy finish.
