Terroir
The Côte de Brouilly vineyards are situated on the slopes of Mont Brouilly, with blue volcanic rock and granite soils. This unique terroir brings natural freshness, minerality, and structure to the Gamay grapes, resulting in wines with both depth and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color with purple reflections. The nose is expressive, with aromas of red cherries, blackberries, violets, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and structured, offering silky tannins, juicy fruit, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
An elegant and expressive Côte de Brouilly, combining floral freshness, vibrant fruit, and beautiful minerality — a fine expression of Gamay and volcanic terroir.
Pairing
Perfect with roast poultry, grilled meats, charcuterie, or soft cheeses like Brie and Saint-Marcellin.
