Tasting Notes
Deep garnet red color with delicate brick reflections showing graceful evolution. The nose is complex and refined, offering aromas of ripe black cherry, raspberry, rose petals, truffle, and sweet spices, with hints of undergrowth and leather. On the palate, the wine is silky and powerful, with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, elegant, floral and mineral-driven finish.
An exceptional Grands Échezeaux Grand Cru — combining aromatic complexity, structure, and finesse with beautiful maturity and long aging potential.
Pairing
Perfect with roasted duck, pigeon, venison, or aged cheeses like Époisses and Comté. Also ideal as a meditation wine for special occasions.
