Domaine History

Maison Le NID is a family-run estate led by the Lardet family since 2012. Located in the heart of Moulin-à-Vent, the domaine expresses the family’s deep attachment to Beaujolais through precise, elegant, and terroir-driven wines.

Terroir

Champ de Cour is a distinctive lieu-dit within the Moulin-à-Vent appellation. Its granite-based soils, marked by mineral richness and good drainage, bring structure, depth, and refined tension to the Gamay grapes.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby color with bright purple reflections. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, iris, and delicate spice. On the palate, the wine is dense and elegant, with fine tannins, fresh fruit, and a long mineral finish.

A refined and structured Moulin-à-Vent from Champ de Cour, showing the depth, floral elegance, and mineral character of Gamay from granite soils.

Pairing

Ideal with roasted poultry, grilled pork, veal, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, or refined bistro-style cuisine.
